2. Who is your personal chef? What are his qualifications?
All of our culinary experiences are led by Chef David Pan, chef proprietor of Orange Beach Concierge Services and co-owner of DMP Hospitality Group. A true world-traveler and French-culinary enthusiast, Chef Pan specializes in blending classic French methods with the latest culinary trends and techniques. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Mendota Heights, Chef Pan has worked with noted chefs in elite establishments across the country, including the Minneapolis Club and Gustavus Inn. Since moving to the Alabama Gulf Coast in 2013, Chef Pan has won multiple industry awards and is now the only chef proprietor in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
3. Why should I book directly through OBC instead of using a third-party chef service?
Good question! Third-party bookings often come with service fees in excess of $100 and cookie-cutter menus that may not charm your guests. By booking your personal chef experience directly through Orange Beach Concierge Services, you’ll enjoy the best up-front price and access to your personal chef to plan a personalized menu that meets your tastes and preferences. Third-party booking services also do not give you personal access to the chef and his team, but at Orange Beach Concierge each of our dinner services are personally curated for our guests.
