Thanksgiving spread that will put your mind at ease and your tastebuds to work.
Order one or order all, Chef Pan is offering an impressive list of traditional Thanksgiving favorites that
you’ll be dreaming of until the big day.
• Let the sides fall around the main event of the table; the meats. Each year, Chef Pan brines and
roasts bone-in turkeys and whole beef tenderloins that serve 10 to 12.
• Add something extra with a quart of hot turkey gravy or fresh cranberry relish that pair
excellently with the rest of the table.
• What’s a holiday meal without potatoes? Roasted garlic whipped potatoes and sweet potato
smash with brown sugar and candied pecans highlight this year’s menu. Order by pan to feed 4 to 6 people
for $18 or feed 10 to 12 people for $35.
• Before you dive into dessert, get your helping of roasted Brussel sprouts and Traditional
dressing laced with fresh herbs. Order by pan to feed 4 to 6 people for $18 or feed 10 to 12 people for $35.
• Treat your guests to a decadent French silk pie or pumpkin pie for dessert. Chef’s preference of
french butter makes these sweet treats unique from anything you’ve had before. $25 serves

Each of Chef Pan’s dishes is prepared in his commercial kitchen located at The Wharf in Orange Beach.
This kitchen is where all of the magic happens when it comes to Chef Pan’s menus at Orange Beach
Concierge and The Pantry at The Wharf. Our commercial kitchen must have separate sinks for mops,
dishes, hand washing, and food preparation areas. Prep tables and other food contact surfaces are made
of stainless steel and take the most precautions in sanitation. Commercial kitchens are designed for
production and food safety, regulated by Alabama Department of Public Health, only reinforcing what Chef
Pan and OBC stand for.
To make things even easier (and safer,) each Thanksgiving to-go dish, no matter how large or small is
tightly secured in disposable aluminum pans or take-out containers ready to heat and serve.
