OBC is putting our customers’ safety and satisfaction first. Orange Beach Concierge is deeply concerned for the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and business partners in the wake of the COVID-19 events. We are continually monitoring local and national recommendations related to food safety, safe handling of food products, packaging, and distribution of goods. Chef David Pan and Orange Beach Concierge want to reassure you that we will take every precaution in delivering you the best products and services safely.

Food Safety

Orange Beach Concierge strives to guarantee all our ingredients are safely handled from shipment to receiving. Chef David Pan and the entire Orange Beach Concierge team strictly follow the rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Alabama Department of Health and our service maintains a rating of 100.

Hygiene

Our entire staff is determined to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Our food is prepared in an FDA approved kitchen located at The Wharf in Orange Beach.
• We practice the most efficient hygiene, specifically required hand washing and the use of protective gear in food preparation.
• We use hospital-grade disinfectant on all our appliances, kitchen tools, doorknobs, counters, prep tables, and office supplies.

Precautions

Everyone has a role to play in keeping our state safe and healthy. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advises the general public that the best way to avoid infection is:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
• Disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

Staying Informed

We continually follow the CDC, World Organization, and Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center for updates related to COVID-19 and ongoing recommendations for reducing the spread of the virus.
