Just in time for your Memorial Day weekend party and to kick off the start of grilling season, Chef David wanted to share his mouthwatering chimichurri sauce recipe with you. This vibrant and fresh sauce is the perfect way to liven up grilled beef, chicken, fish, and more.
A simply perfect combination to any BBQ and only minutes to prepare. Make a batch, store it in your fridge, and you’ll be using it all season long. So dust off those grills and get this delicious recipe on the grill ASAP!
- 1 cup (packed) fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup (packed) fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Puree all ingredients in processor. Transfer to bowl. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature.)
