As I enter into month 6 of a ketosis lifestyle, here is the my update as of March 2019.  I am down 50lbs +, I sleep better than I can ever remember, my productivity is on a high note and I have reduced acid reflux which is one of the biggest benefits I feel.

So what am I doing different?  I have begun to implement more greens into my daily regimen and in fact I crave greens all day long.  At the moment, arugula is my favorite.  Below is simple recipe that is full keto but mostly, this simple salad satisfies every flavor profile;  sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami (savory).

INGREDIENTS

2 cups arugula

1 tbs EVOO

.5 tsp white balsamic vinegar 

Pinch of Kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

Mixed all ingredients in a bowl, plate and serve.
