Chicken Salad


Roasted chicken blended with mayonnaise, champagne vinegar, celery, onion and fresh herbs. 1 quart.

Chicken Marsala


Panned chicken cutlets, fresh herbs, deglazed with shallots, garlic, Marsala wine and beef stock, mounted with butter.  Served with angel hair pasta and fresh parsley.


White Bolognese Rigatoni


A traditional meat sauce made without tomatoes.  A pork and beef bolognese made with fresh seasonal vegetables, white wine, chicken stock, cream and fresh herbs.  Served with a hearty rigatoni and freshly grated Parmigiana-Reggiano cheese.


Beef Bourguignon


Inspired by Julia Child’s classic French dish.  Red wine braised beef, mushrooms, rendered bacon, pearl onions and herbs.  Chef David won the 2016 Wharf Uncorked Flavor Award for his interpretation of this abundant and flavorful dish.

Fresh lasagna noodles layered with béchamel, chicken and white wine reduction, fresh made pork ragù topped with mozzarella.
