Introducing The Space, Orange Beach’s newest event venue conveniently located in The Wharf

The Space is available to host private events including chef tastings, rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings, family reunions, corporate events and more. Starting with an open floor plan, we can transform The Space for any type of event to fit your needs for 60 seated to 100 for reception. Events at The Space are exclusively run by Orange Beach Concierge, an Alabama gulf coast-based boutique concierge company offering a wide range of highly personalized services from catering, personal chef, and private dining experiences to concierge, corporate retreats, event designing, and staging services. With award winning, acclaimed chefs, experienced planners and years of experience, Orange Beach Concierge has the skills necessary to plan your perfectly executed event at The Space.

All events include the following amenities:

  • 1800 square foot open reception area for 8 hours
  • Experienced caterers ready to prepare exceptional cuisine in our professional kitchen perfect for large events
  • Skilled servers who efficiently execute events from start to finish
  • Set up and break down by our trained staff
  • Plenty of parking in The Wharf lot
  • Tables and chairs provided. Linens and décor can be arranged as rentals

Guarantees - All details pertinent to your event will need to be finalized 30 days prior to the event date. Your final guaranteed number of expected guests must be given 30 days prior to your event date. After this time, the guarantee number may not be reduced. We will prepare for 5% over the minimum guarantee as a courtesy. If the actual attendance exceeds the guarantee number, an additional bill will be sent.

Deposit and Payment - A non-refundable advance deposit will be required upon the return of the signed contract to confirm requested date. The deposit will be applied to the balance of your event. Final payment is required thirty days prior to event date.

**A customary 20% taxable service charge, 10% sales tax and 15% cleaning fee will be applied to all food and beverage amounts.

**Event Insurance may be required.
